Regal Homes acquired this site in December 2007. What looked to be a fairly simple planning application for a three bedroom detached house resulted in three planning refusals, even after having officer support for the previous application it was still turned down at committee and subsequently appeal. After all of this we still could not give up on a sensible and obvious plot. We are very pleased to say that in May 2013 we were granted planning permission for a two bedroom detached bungalow continuing our 100% planning success rate, we then put a second application in to turn it into a chalet bungalow which has been granted. The build was completed in 2014 to a high standard and then sold.
